Sharon David has been an active participant in choral and a cappella ensembles for 17 years, including the Illinois Music Educators Association All State Choir in 2003. Her solo performances include the lead soprano in Mozart's Missa brevis (KV 140), selected arias from Handel's Messiah, and a research project and performance of Igor Stravinsky's Three Songs from William Shakespeare. In 2004, she played the role of Ilona Ritter in the musical She Loves Me. In addition to her vocal performances, she also served as the assistant conductor for the Monmouth College Women's Chamber Choir in 2006. She graduated from Monmouth College in 2007 with a Bachelor of Arts in mathematics and music. |
